In 2010, Steve and Jackie travelled to India on a two-week group trip, organised by Naturetrek. The tour was entitled "Just Tigers" and there were six participants plus Dhanya, their guide. In Kanha National Park, they had twelve separate sightings of seven different tigers, two of which were from the back of an elephant. They also visited the Taj Mahal, spent time birding in Bharatpur Bird Sanctuary and had a memorable safari on the Chambal River.
