Several weeks after her 16-year-old son, Noah, transitioned out of his physical body by suicide, Dr. Ryan took to writing. She wrote every day as a dedication to Noah and her grief. She wrote to give Noah’s friends bite-sized nuggets of wisdom to help them work through their own grief. She wrote with Noah by her side, often feeling him guiding what she wrote - words flowed that she didn’t even know she had inside of her. Words that she hopes help others find peace and hope while navigating a major life quake.
