Brushing Back History

By vlpoulin - Published on Dec. 8, 2019
Brushing Back History is a micro collection of poetry in which the author questions the truth of familial stories spoken as truth. The poems question the facts and inevitable fiction of ancestral history that cascades through generations, a sentiment borrowed from Polish poet Wistlawa Szymborska who stated "Sometimes poetry cascades though generations."
