Mid Winter Tales is the authors 57th self-published tome. These literary vignettes written for his website strachan.blog between Christmas 2021 and April 2022 are predominantly whimsical tales penned after a two month scribing sabbatical. The self-imposed break consequential of ‘not feeling it’ creativity wise after his beloved mother death in October 2021. Within these pages are tales of having to retrieve a child stuck in a recycle bin and a visually comical episode with a burning wheelie bin.
