To Helico & Bacter is a journal of the weeks either side of the author's second hospitalisation in the first four months of 2019. These the early spring yarns include tales of the garden regeneration, gastric haemorrhage, over use of the word existential and underuse of the word chrysanthemums. Mr Strachan has been very poorly during the weeks included within this book, however far from driving his spirits ever lower he embraces the attention it brings..... The attention seeking pillock!
